The President of the University of Samarra welcomes the women’s staff of civil society organizations in Salah al-Din Governorate
The President of Samarra University, Prof. Dr. Sabah Allawi Al-Samarrai, welcomed the women’s staff within a group of civil society organizations to discuss prospects for scientific cooperation.
The President of the University welcomed the visiting guests and the delegation accompanying them at the University of Samarra, stressing the university’s keenness to open communication channels with all scientific and academic institutions and civil society organizations. The cooperation will strengthen scientific cooperation and exchange experiences in the service of the scientific research movement in the country and the development of Iraqi higher education institutions.
For her part, Dr. Hind Youssef, one of the university’s female professors and director of the Iraqi Intellectuals Association, praised the efforts made by the university president to raise the scientific and academic level of the university and its entry into many international rankings.
Also, Mrs. Iman Al-Kadhim, head of the Al-Buhtari Foundation, expressed her willingness to coordinate between the university and other organizations to serve the city and the governorate.
