The President of Samarra University welcomes a delegation from the Syndicate of Academics in Salah al-Din Governorate
Prof. Dr. Sabah Allawi al-Samarrai, President of Samarra University, welcomed a delegation from the Iraqi Academics Syndicate in Salah al-Din Governorate.
Allawi welcomed Prof. Dr. Muhammad Atiya Zbar Al-Obaidi – head of the Iraqi Academics Syndicate branch- Salah al-Din, and his assistant, Dr. Qutaiba Mikhlif.
The two parties discussed the most critical issues the university professor needs and the obstacles he encounters while performing his academic duty, as well as researching the union’s representation within the university council.
The two sides talked about the job entitlements of professors and the desired rights in residential lands, as well as other topics that were discussed.
At the end of the meeting, they emphasized cooperation, seeking to overcome the problems facing the teaching staff and raising the professors’ scientific and academic levels in their various specializations.
