Dean of Arts at the University of Samarra Participates in the Regular Meeting of the Committee of Deans of Colleges of Arts and Languages
Professor Dr. Ahmed Mahmoud Alou, Dean of the College of Arts at the University of Samarra, participated in the meeting of the Committee of Deans of Colleges of Arts and Languages in Iraqi universities, held at the College of Arts at Imam Ja’far Al-Sadiq University (peace be upon him).
The meeting aimed to enhance mutual cooperation between universities and develop the educational process.
During their meeting, the deans discussed key topics, including the reformation of curriculum committees, support for scientific research, and the exchange of academic experiences.
Alou emphasized the importance of coordinating efforts among higher education institutions to face current challenges, stressing the necessity of offering educational programs that keep pace with global developments.
He added that participating in these meetings is a strategic step towards enhancing the level of education in colleges of arts and languages.
Additionally, the Dean of Arts pointed out that exchanging experiences and unifying efforts among universities will contribute to improving the quality of education and developing academic programs to meet the needs of students and the labor market.
It is noteworthy that this meeting is the second within the 2024-2025 academic year and occurs periodically throughout the academic year.
