The College of Administration and Economics Organizes a Hackathon Competition as Part of Global Entrepreneurship Week

The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Samarra organized a Hackathon competition on the sidelines of the university’s first Entrepreneurship Conference, held last Monday under the theme: “The University and Its Developmental Role in Light of Entrepreneurship Culture.”

The competition aims to engage students in presenting their innovative ideas to stimulate creativity and enhance their technical skills.

The competition included several fundamental criteria for planning and implementing entrepreneurial ideas, such as defining the topic, the objectives to be achieved, identifying the target audience, partners, and sponsors, as well as designing the program, registration, and promotion.

This initiative is considered a positive step toward following up on unique ideas and guiding them to encourage students to think creatively, build technical and life skills, and foster collaboration between students and potential employers or sponsors.
